So Long, Farewell
Jordy and little red got worked on his way to the hospital this morning. J is OK, little red, not so much.
A lady ran a stop sign and this is what followed.

Good thing we put 1,500 bucks into this baby 3 weeks ago to "keep her running for a long time." Seriously though, we are just glad he wasn't hurt and that the kids weren't in the car. Wear your
seatbelts people and hug your family tight.

Where the skies are so blue...
We made it home from our 4,000 mile trek to Alabama and back! If you ask Noah about the trip he will probably say "Remember the moth?" (some, forgettable to most, moth he saw the 1st day there) or "Lady says NO smoking on the plane" (referring to the woman on our plane who was arrested and slapped with a $10,000 fine for smoking in the airplane bathroom/tampering with smoke detectors) But if you were to ask me, here are some of my favorite moments...
Noah's 1st "real" haircut and reward for said cut.
The Drive-Thru Zoo. Emus, Bison, Deer, Gators, Tortoises,
Llamas, Rams that loved to rub against my dad's car with
giant horns, Monkeys, Zebras and more!! Slightly freaky, very fun.

Loads of this...Anyone else have a kid that gets completely out of his
seatbelt? If so, what do you do!?
Aunt Kat / My mom
Uncle Andy, my big bro, jordy, MJ and Dad!
This was the 1st time my family got to meet Maggie so it
was a really special trip. Thanks mom and dad for bringing me home!!

Family Night
Our new tradition is to take a family picture every time we
have Family Night. It will be fun to see how we change from
week to week/year to year.

A Little Pain, $400 Gain
J and I got to be part of a research study at the hospital this week. They stick you with needles, take a unit of blood and give you money. In all, it is supposed to take 2 to 2.5 hours. Lucky (hmmm if you call this lucky) for me I got to leave after only an hour and fifteen b/c they couldn't find my radial artery. 50 minutes of prodding and 2 anesthesiologists later they gave up on me. Sweet.

Party like its 1773
I was hoping to go to our local Tea Party tomorrow, but Jordy works and I doubt I'm going to brave it with infant and wild child. Go to yours if you can!! That is, if you are into accountability from our leaders, having our tax $$ spent wisely and saying NO to generational debt. BAM! Here is the shirt I was working on for little man.
Most of the events have foodbanks taking collections for local charities.
